Special Micro RC Magazine Offer

For orders totaling $299 or more in merchandise (shipping and tax are not included), you get a free subscription to RC Micro World online magazine which includes access to the articles from the previous year.  For example, if you order any one of our MicroInvent Ready To Fly (RTF) planes then you get a free subscription.  Four of our Almost Ready to Fly (ARF) planes also qualify for this special offer as will any items totaling at least $299 in merchandise.  When we receive payment for a qualifying order, an email will be sent to the purchaser asking for a password to be used on the RC Micro World website.  Your email address and password will be forwarded to RC Micro World for setup.  After your subscription is activated you can start enjoying the many articles on the latest micro rc products, and past issues.

Our company accepts returns of defective, or unopened products within 15 days of purchase.  Air Midi Micros can replace defective products with the same product item.  Returned items for repair which have been altered in any way will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.  No replacement items are offered for returned items that have been modified.  Examples of modified items are cut wires, and different connectors attached.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or the return will not be accepted.  For a RMA number please email, or call to request this number.  Please include your phone number on the e-mail.  You will receive an e-mail from us with your RMA number and instructions for returning the product. The RMA number is valid for 14 days from the issuance date.

The customer will pay for shipping costs for all product returns.  Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Air Midi Micros will send a refund check for all accepted returns, or cancelled orders paid with PayPal.  Refunds for cancelled orders paid by PayPal will equal the order total minus the PayPal processing fee.  For cancelled orders paid by credit card, Air Midi Micros will refund your credit card if the refund date is within 120 days from the order date.  Otherwise, a refund check will be sent to the customer.

Sales tax will be added to all Nevada customers only.

Credit card, and PayPal are accepted for payment.  Air Midi Micros is a verified PayPal vendor.
Air Midi Micros accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for credit card purchases.

Minimum order total is $15.00. A minimum order charge equaling $15.00 minus your order total will be added to orders under $15.00.

Air Midi Micros uses UPS Ground, and USPS for its standard shipping.  UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Express, or other air carriers are available at an additional cost.  Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping location, weight, and dimensions. Shipping costs will be displayed on the Checkout page.

Air Midi Micros will not sell, or provide e-mail addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses or personal information to any other company.  To process orders we collect the following information:

E-mail messages are sent to customers to confirm orders, or to communicate order tracking.
